After months of anticipation (and salivation), not to mention hours and hours of cooking, we're excited to say that our annual Memorial Day BBQ was a smash success. Layton Judd, our Founder and President, was in the office early Friday morning, preparing meats. (Those that hadn't been marinating days before, of course.)

In addition to potluck desserts, the menu included coleslaw, baked beans, black bean salad, potato salad, mac & cheese, salmon, pulled pork, brisket, peppered ribs, as well as a multitude of sauces, condiments, and seasonings. It's a good thing we had a long weekend after eating all of that!

The annual Memorial Day BBQ is a great way for the whole 3 Birds team to come together, a way for our founders to "Elevate and appreciate the team" for all our hard work over the course of the year. Friends, loved ones, dogs, and even our neighbors from the Top of the Hill Distillery were in attendance (the latter brought some delicious whiskey with them). People played cornhole and can jam over the course of the afternoon while celebrating 3 Birds' unique culture.

These pictures offer a glimpse of the BBQ and of the camaraderie we exemplify each day here at 3 Birds, but we’d love for you to see the real thing. If you’re in the neighborhood, don't hesitate to stop in and spend some time with us. There's always room at our table for new friends.
