Caroline Klinedinst's patience, compassion, and optimism have made her a hit with clients and co-workers alike since she joined the 3 Birds team nearly two years ago. Caroline serves as an Account Coordinator, primarily supporting one of our largest clients. Her typical duties include reaching out to her contacts each month to recommend content for their newsletters as well as strategizing vehicle offers and service coupons.
One of the things Caroline loves most about her role at 3 Birds is the opportunity to help dealerships improve their virtual presence and better serve their customers. She also loves our family atmosphere, and how we're able to come together as a team to get things done, even in a crunch time.

I love the fact that the company spent an ample amount of time listening to every single employee’s thoughts about the culture of the company and what they thought 3 Birds valued most. Everyone in the company got the chance to help come up with our Core Values that ultimately define 3 Birds as a company.
In addition to her dedication to the 3 Birds team, Caroline is a proud alum of East Carolina University (Go Pirates!) and enjoys attending Tae Kwon Do classes, taking her dog Gypsy on walks, and completing various DIY projects.
