With an unprecedented level of enthusiasm and teamwork, Neal Goldberg knew he had found a home when he joined the 3 Birds team. As Regional Sales Director, Neal reaches out to dealerships to see how best we can improve their lives and helps to secure their business.
Neal appreciates the opportunity to help dealerships improve their virtual presence and better serve their customers, and that's just one of the many things he enjoys about his role at 3 Birds. He also loves the people he gets to work with, plus the 3 Birds culture in general.
Neal is also proud of the values that make 3 Birds unique. "3 Birds' culture separates us from the rest of our competition," he said. "The success of a company starts with its employees and a positive attitude, and I got to experience that while we were at NADA. We all put in a lot of time to get ready, stood and talked to people all day for 3 days and still left with smiles on our faces."
In addition to his dedication to the 3 Birds team, Neal is a proud alum of Frostburg State University, enjoys photography, driving with his sons in his old Miata, listening to music on his porch with his wife Megan, and coaching youth league soccer.

- He loves going to his local Cars & Coffee because it allows him to combine his two favorite hobbies, cars and photography.
- He's a self-described "HUGE Star Wars fan" and has already watched The Force Awakens a half dozen times.
- He's also loving all of the comic book TV shows and movies that are out now, and Flash is hands-down his favorite. He even has all of the Flash comics he collected in middle school.
