UNC grad Kendall Nicosia-Rusin is part of the hard-working 3 Birds Account team, using her in-depth knowledge of our platform and product services in her role as a Digital Facilitator. Her primary duties include optimizing and ensuring delivery of her client’s Core Communication and other email campaigns, and analyzing the results via the 3 Birds Reports application to ensure clients are seeing the best possible returns from their marketing.
The thing that Kendall loves most about 3 Birds is our agility and capacity for change. She says, "Whether it be with how we develop our platform or our workplace – like the time an upstairs space was converted into a lactation room to accommodate an employee coming back from maternity leave – we are willingly seeking new ways to adapt."
In addition to her dedication to the 3 Birds team, Kendall enjoys working out, reading, cooking, and walking her two dogs with her fiancé.

- Her backup plan in life is to raise alpacas in coastal Maine.
